DIY - Cat Beaded Pen Set

Instructions on creating the pens will be included in the package.   Pen kit includes materials for three pens to be decorated. Beads or charms (if include) can be placed in any order.  Each pen set will differ slightly differ from the picture shown due to availability of beads at the time.
